It depends on size, distance and speed. If the booking shows a fixed price, you book straight away. Otherwise you request a quote, which arrives by email within 2 hours on working days.
Up to 40 kg we come alone, above that always as two. Depending on the dimensions we move bulky items by cargo bike with the Zemmi trailer or in the electric van, which holds up to 14 m³.
Yes. Only the buyer books and pays; the seller never pays anything. The tracking number can be checked on vemo-logistik.de/sendungsverfolgung .
We are liable for goods worth up to €500 at no extra charge, and up to €5,000 for a surcharge.
By direct debit or prepayment. Businesses with a customer account receive a monthly invoice.
Yes, by electric van. Same-day deliveries are possible, direct runs to Cologne are not.
