How much does a courier in Bonn cost?
The price depends on four things: size, distance, speed and extras. No hourly rate, no charge for the trip from our depot. If the booking shows a fixed price, you book straight away. Otherwise you get a quote within 2 hours on working days.
How the price is calculated
Size
From Small (up to 5 kg) to Bulky items (over 40 kg). What counts is the largest and heaviest item.
Distance
The kilometres from pickup to destination. You don't pay for the trip from our depot to you.
Speed
Economy is the cheapest, followed by Fixed slot, Same day and Direct.
Extras
Floors without a lift, second person, 1-hour window or higher goods value.
Prices by size
The starting price applies to a short distance with “Economy”. The booking shows you the exact price for your route and speed.

From 40 kg per item (bulky) we always come as two. Depending on the dimensions we move bulky items by cargo bike with the Zemmi trailer or in the electric van (up to 14 m³ of load); our dispatch decides.
How fast should it be?
The faster, the more expensive. Only “Direct” goes without detours; everything else we bundle via our depot in Bonn.

To Cologne there's Economy, Fixed slot and Same day, but no Direct.
Extras
You choose extras in the booking. You'll see the price there before you book.
- Carrying without a lift: per floor, from size L, for private customers
- Second person: for bulky items; from 40 kg it's always included
- 1-hour time window: instead of 3 hours with “Fixed slot”
- Higher goods value: we are liable up to 500 euros at no extra charge, and up to 5,000 euros per shipment for a surcharge
Fixed price or quote
Fixed price: For most trips, the booking shows you a fixed price straight away. It applies as long as size and weight are correct.
Quote: If there's no fixed price, you request a quote. You get it by email within 2 hours on working days, with a fixed price, free and without obligation.
VAT: For private customers all prices include VAT, for businesses they are plus VAT.
Payment: by direct debit (SEPA) or prepayment via bank transfer. Prepayment isn't available for “Same day” and “Direct”. Businesses with a customer account receive a monthly invoice.

No. The price counts the distance from the pickup. The trip from our depot to you isn't included.
Because we bundle shipments via our depot and spread them across rounds. “Direct”, on the other hand, goes just for you and without detours.
If an item is heavier than booked, our driver won't carry it alone. We'll get in touch with you before we change anything.
As an individual customer, you pay half the price of the trip for a new attempt or return to sender. Collection from our depot at Brühler Straße 30 is free of charge. For major customers, the second attempt is free.
