Which size fits?
You choose the size based on the largest and heaviest item. Up to 40 kg one person comes, above that always two.

We decide which vehicle goes: in Bonn it's usually the cargo bike. Depending on its dimensions, we move bulky items by cargo bike with a Zemmi trailer or in the electric van. You just choose size and speed.

To Cologne and within Cologne we deliver by electric van. There you get Economy, Fixed slot and Same day, but no direct run.
We deliver Monday to Friday. We currently don't deliver in the evenings or on Saturdays.

The price depends on size, distance from pickup and speed, plus any extras you choose. You don't pay for the trip from our depot. If the booking shows a fixed price, you book straight away; otherwise your quote arrives by email within 2 hours on working days. More on the page Prices.
With “Direct” in 60–90 minutes, without detours and within Bonn only. With “Same day” we deliver by 6 pm if you book by noon. “Fixed slot” arrives on your chosen day in a 3-hour window, “Economy” within 2 working days.
Up to 40 kg one person comes. Over 40 kg it counts as bulky items, and there are always two people.
By direct debit (SEPA) or by prepayment via bank transfer. Prepayment isn't available for “Same day” and “Direct”. Businesses with a customer account receive a monthly invoice.
